Overview

The 5th International Breast Cancer Symposium will take place on 25–26 September 2026 at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, bringing together leading voices in breast oncology for an engaging scientific exchange.

This year’s symposium is designed to spotlight the evolving landscape of breast cancer care, with focused discussion on early breast cancer, the ADC revolution, HER2-positive disease, modern surgical management, survivorship, lobular disease, and research collaboration.

Through expert-led sessions and multidisciplinary perspectives, the program will explore recent drug approvals, pivotal clinical trials, surgical de-escalation strategies, advanced radiation approaches, and the growing role of regional and international collaboration.

Badge Collection

Badge collection is open from Friday, September 25, 2026 at 7:30 onwards in the registration area. Delegates will be required to take the following step:

Step 1: Sign in with the ushers at the registration area, validate their details and print out their name badge with barcode.

Step 2: Head towards the welcome kit collection point to pick up their kit.

Attendees will receive their name badge, which includes the bar code necessary to receive CME credit, program, conference bag and other information upon arrival and check-in at the registration desk.

Cancellations & No-shows

Cancellations are not possible, and all payments made are non-refundable. If a delegate wishes to cancel their registration, a name amendment is the only option available.

Lumina reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we have to unexpectedly cancel the meeting, the registration fee, less a processing charge, will be returned to each registrant.

Onsite Registration

If you cannot register online, onsite registration is available and open on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 08:00 in the registration area. Kindly note that fees will be higher as compared to online.

Group Registration

Companies that would like to purchase a group of delegates passes attending the conference may do so by using the special group registration fee. For information on group registration please contact bkadara@lumina.ae. A group consists of a minimum of 10 persons and will be provided with a 10% discount.
